I have recently bought premium because the admin had banned a pretty good amount of cheaters.
The only problem is that it appears like F.C. Liverpool (135176) just won`t be banned, no matter how much he is stealing, just because he bought so many premiums and tokens.
I am sure that if he won`t be banned as soon as possible, I and very many romanian players will stop buying Premium Accounts. So you can have the cheater F.C. Liverpool (135176) the only premium account in Romania.

Agreed, they should be able to receive players in loan deals, but if people can send players on loan "just creating an account", it will be massive cheating issues. So they shouldn't send players in loan IMO, but they should be able to receive players after they fill some requirements, such as min rating, active membership and non-cheating issues in their account record.
