How much rate does the training facilities exactly effect on players through level(very bad,bad,okay,etc) >:( >:(

It get's faster as the facility gets better.

The manual gives a formula that includes how facilities will effect training.

Every step increase of 1/6 the training value within the training formula.

LA + [LA x (facilitities level / 6)] + [LA x (trainer ability/20)]

Is it clear?
