Admin help me please .
My youth player Celestino Franco (5243645) has not receive skill from training program.
It has been since last 3 days.
Could you fix this problem?
His CR7 and PR8

His Current Ability is 7, that's the reason. When a player reaches CA7 (it doesn't matter how high is his LA) he won't get any more profit training.
From now on, your player will receive normal match bonus (0.48 on league matches) but he will not gain training bonus, unless he receives a good training form.

His Current Ability is 7, that's the reason. When a player reaches CA7 (it doesn't matter how high is his LA) he won't get any more profit training.
I think most of us know this, but what difference then the PR make? If there is no use of PR once CA=LA, why PR is not set to 1? I still think that 17-20y old players should get more from match appearance even if CA=LA*, not very much but something more than a 30y old player ! I will never understand how can this player Bartolomej Yedlicka (http://www.gokickoff.com/team_player_detail.php?player_id=3406694) get 0.08, or this player Wiraphan Eamsuk (http://www.gokickoff.com/team_player_detail.php?player_id=2535131) 0.06, and our young players can't get more than 0.03, it is so not real !

edit: It is the same with experience(we must know how experience is calculated) example: How can 28y+ old players have 4 stars experience, and 21y old players 5-6 stars experience ? It doesn't make sense to me.... There is now way that CR7 is more experienced from A.Pirlo !!! just an example...

Totally agree, particularly now that PR drops rapidly after a player reaches 21 years

Well there are lots of RW explanations - injuries, poor performance, etc - but match play is what it comes down to. A good RW comparison would be Stuart Holden (Bolton Wanderers) who, at age 27, has 110 apps, mostly in the USA league but lately in the EPL, while Edin Hazard has 157 combined apps with Lille and now Chelsea plus another 33 with Belgium NT and another 37 with Belgium youth NTs. In this example, the 20 year old has twice the match experience as the 27 year old. Hope that helps.

GIDEETHOZ has asked why players has stopped improving even after carlos has explained why. I kinda agree with current system else every team would have 11 Messi. 2-3 seasons is more than enought to train a decent player with high pr.
