So is there a level to LA relation? Like what does a bad quality academy get you in a youth player vs a good? I wish there was more info on this
The level floats every season. Right now just few managers are having success through the accademy.

In this moment you can find a lot of medium-high level players for peanuts. If you have a new team I think the way of the market is the best way for having a bit of success. There's no way to rule over big league at easy in no way but you could find more success with no accademy that's the longer way and the less cheap.
Invest LOTS of money in token to pull extra youth each week and getting their reports inmediately.Searching extra youth using G and waiting 5-8 weeks to get a report is a waste of time and resources right now.
4. What affect does Academy quality have on players available for promotion from the Academy?Quote from: admin on February 13, 2011, 06:23:17 AMThe better your academy, the greater chance to get great players. The starting attributes of the players from a higher level academy might have no significant differencecompare to ones from a lower level academy but their potential and progress rate are usually much better. Please note that when a player reaches his potential, their will be no or little improvement.Additionally, Academy level affects CA, LA and PR of promoted playerssource: http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=404.0An estimation of the probability of promoting a LA9+ player was calculated based on statistics posted by admin on 31 October 2011.
