Sorry but if I offer 5001K of wage for 3 years of contract and another player offer 5000K for 5 years of contract, the players goes at second player for the sum of all years wage? 15003K for me and 25000K for second team? cause yesterday happen this and we offer both 40k for buyng him.....

Think so yes... I offered about 1,5M and 12000 salary for a player, but the bid that won was for 800k and 30k wage... something like that... irritating  ;D

The main reason for this change at first was to prevent managers from reselling newly bought players all the time, I agree that it is a good idea.
BUT everyone is abusing this right now, offering EXTREMELY high wages and its getting out of control..

P.S. How about reverting the wage changes back but keeping the transfer penalties etc. ?

transfer penalties always were. i think its even easer to do buy-resell thing now. it should be simple ,higest bid wins, system. there are many TM systems in other managers, its not that part of the game where developers needs to invent something new
