hi

How can I increase the fitness (all players) 2% or more everyday? (very boring detail) even if that requires image

Q: Are World Cup every 4 seasons?

Q: Why can not I play friendly matches on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and Friday???????????????????

1- If you player's training workload is set as "light" or "normal" your player's condition increases 3% everyday. If you want to increase it a 2% you need to go to the "activity" tab in your player's profile.
2- World Cup are played every 2 seasons.
3- Sunday is a day set as free, however there are competitions other days: Custom Cup on tuesday (premium users only), World Club Champions Cup on thursday and NT matches on fridays.

but what is guilt the teams such as which case  my team
we are not playing in the WCC and we do not have (premium)
If we do not care that was on Thursday and Friday Nt matches or Tuesday WCC
we want to play in this days Or allow us to play in Custom Cup

That is precisely the idea, you must aim to that privilege to play many competitions and having good players playing for a NT  8) .

But number tournaments little and there must be continental championship other
so that can play average teams , is not strong
Such as: European league
