http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=3727.0 second post from the end
Only Handling, Reflex, Positioning, Jumping, Decisions, One on Ones, Rushing Out, Aerial Ability, and kicking are taken into account.

It is pretty old info, do anybody know about new one?

Sorry  I am make complete in my form, my tactic. But Default of training program of me is the same as this forum.

My tactic Zoning, Pressing and Roaming.

Yes. But It must to adjustment a little for your tactic.

Longshot is luxurious skill (a little use)

DMR/DRL I think it is skill of attacker. Not use to defender.

IMHO

EDIT : 2. add MC/MLR in tactic Zoning, Pressing and Roaming.

thanks jackpot :)  it looks very nice

Two things puzzle me, if you don't mind:

-Aggression is assigned a "c" for all positions

...this implies it is not really important for any position?? I thought aggression was important for players involved in defending (preventing dribbling, passing, and shooting) ...

-You give defenders and DM's "a" and "b" in determination, respectively, while other positions it gets a "c"?

I thought determination was important for players who are good at being involved in an attack - attacking midfielders and forwards, as well as other midfielders (and sometimes defenders) who are proficient in attacking skills (passing, dribbling, shooting), so it seems to me that you wouldn't want a defender with a high DET if he is poor at these....

Reference Forum is LOST (but in Thai have quote this forum)

Forum
I know the importance of it, please help me

Topic Owner ask admin "what are importance of Aggression and Determination?"
These attributes are used in many actions of a player.

Determination affects the "env" factor of the player.
Determination prevents the "env" factor of a player from falling down to a certain level.

Aggression affects ball possession of the team.
It is important for all positions especially DMC.

PS. in general forum I have seen quote this forum but I don't find it.

IMO Crossing should be "B" for AM LR, not "C". And "C" for DC/DMC/MC/AMC if you choose sometimes to play more direct passing style or by default and focus passing in the middle. Also Long shots should be "B" for M CLR/AM CLR if you want to play with long shots often or by default. What do you think about that?

Why you called it program? You just wrote on excel important skills, nothing more. Easy to do this in MS Paint.

Funny to read you, really. Must be something wrong with you, if you think that training program is similar to that. No functions, no code. If you dont know what to say, just log out, dont reply.
