While I know there is some disagreement around the issue of allowing nonpremium managers to join custom cups, I think it would be acceptable to at least allow premium users who create a custom cup to invite specific nonpremium clubs, particularly for the organization of "elite" competitions (like regional champions leagues, club world cups, confederations cups, etc.) as well as national youth/reserve leagues.

I agree with Brian, this should be introduced in next seasons (if its not possible for this) it's gonna bring more competition, bcos some of nonpremium users stronger than premium.
