training
« on: June 29, 2012, 02:08:39 PM »

When the 'current ability' of a player reaches his 'limited ability', training has no effect in improvement

what should I do to make differences   among them  ?

Well after they reach their maximum CA they still improve stats from matches all tho quite slow.

I for example have few players with CA higher than LA but u have to play them very often in order to achieve that..

Chefo... the admon just named a few escencial needed atributtes for the some players, your DR need of course tacking pace marking strength dribbing crossing

But the DR should also have good pass to iniciate any play and good crossing if you want to cross a center for your FCs, or your DR needs if is deffending: Decisions, Positioning,  Acceleration,  Aglilty, Strength, Balance,  Jumping,  Heading

If your DR is close to his LA, If I were you, I Should sell it, and buy another one, because you have very bad numbers in some atributtes very necesary to have a good development in any game, for example: Crossing, Dribbling, acceleration, decisions position, agility, balance, heading

Quote from the manual
"Opportunities to score

Please note that we mention only the key attributes affecting the creation of opportunity to score. There are, however, other factors that have positive effect on these opportunities. Also keep in mind that not all factors are equally weighted for they depend on the actions.

Surroundings have effect on player's action as well. Excellent attackers may have a hard time scoring against a packed in defense. Whereas in contrast, weak attackers may pass through the defense easily if he is outnumbered by the defenders.

Key attributes affecting the creation of opportunity to score...

     pass ball on floor

Player Action : Creativity, Off the ball, Passing, Technique, Teamwork
Opponent Player : Decisions, Positioning, Tackling, Marking

     pass high ball

Player Action : Creativity, Off the ball, Crossing, Technique, Teamwork
Opponent Player : Decisions, Positioning, Tackling, Marking

     Drill Cross (By line)

Player Action : Acceleration, Pace, Aglilty, Dribbing, Technique, Off the ball, Crossing, Passing, Strength, Balance
Opponent Player : Positioning, Marking, Acceleration, Pace, Aglilty, Strength, Balance, Tackling, Decisions

     Float Cross (By line)

Player Action : Acceleration, Pace, Aglilty, Dribbing, Technique, Off the ball, Crossing, Strength, Balance
Opponent Player : Positioning, Marking, Acceleration, Pace, Aglilty, Strength, Balance, Tackling, Decisions

     Dribbling

Player Action : Dribbing, Technique, Aglilty, Acceleration, Pace, Strength, Balance
Opponent Player : Decisions, Marking, Acceleration, Tackling, Strength, Balance

Finding an opportunity to score (with the ball)

Player Action : Off the ball, Dribbing, Acceleration, Pace, Aglilty, Strength, Balance, Technique
Opponent Player : Positioning, Marking, Strength, Balance, Tackling, Decisions

Challenging the defenders for a heading

Player Action : Jumping, Heading, Off the ball, Strength, Balance, Technique
Opponent Player : Jumping, Marking, Strength, Balance, Heading, Positioning

Beating the defenders for the ball from a drill cross.

Player Action : Off the ball, Acceleration, Pace, Aglilty, Strength, Balance, Technique
Opponent Player : Marking, Positioning, Tackling, Strength, Balance, Acceleration

         Counter Attack (Short) :

Player who launch a counter attack : Passing, Creativity
First Attacker : Passing, Off the ball, Acceleration, Pace
Second Attacker : Passing, Off the ball, Acceleration, Pace
Defender : Positioning, Tackling, Marking, Acceleration, Pace

     Counter Attack (Long) :

Player who launch a counter attack : Crossing, Creativity

What you should train for this player depends on your tactical preferences. If you prefer using zone marking, you will want to focus on positioning and pace. If you prefer man marking, he needs training in decisions and balance. Furthermore, if you prefer "press more" closing down tactics, the player needs speed and stamina training, while if you prefer "stand-off" tactic he needs training in positioning and balance.
 ::)
Also consider the desired counter-tactics you want. Right now, the player can counter "stick to position" attacking fairly well, but he is poor with countering a "more roaming" attack. To improve this, he will need training in positioning, teamwork, and/or speed

Finally, you should also keep in mind that this player is very defenseive-minded with a nice aggression score but a very low determination, so no matter how good his attacking skills are, he won't be involved in very many attacking plays, though this can be improved somewhat through team tactics. This is important because, unlike other skills, one cannot train "determination" as a specific skill.

It is desirable that all defensive players are playing well head.  ;)

But then the situation changes, it takes more acceleration and techniques.  8)
