I think that this idea is not realistic. The media of the players depends on your style, so every player could have a lot of medias... Is very probable that one player that not serves in one team (long passes, counterattack,...) could be important in other one (short passes, not counterattack,...) Also the media general (without style) could be a negative function for begginers...
