Es normal???

Segun recuerdo, hoy a medio dia tenia 20 creditos de GKO y hoy tengo 19 creditos... hay alguna forma de perder creditos, paso algo raro  y los perdi, alguien me podria explicar porque?

segun yo, no he usado ningun credito, los staba guardando para compra un coach... pero cuetan 40 creditos... realmente estoy confundido  :-\
