Qualification for U21 World Cup:

- Iceland: Should be an easy 6 points
- Greece: A good nation, around our own level depending on the manager...
- France: Same as Greece...
- Dom.Rep: Same as Iceland, 6 points.
- Cambodia: will claim the last position in group D.
- Bulgaria: The best team in the group
- Belgium: Probably the team we'll have to beat in order to come 2nd.

All in all a tough group with Bulgaria the best team. If we beat france and greece, belgium might loose points somewhere. There is, unfortunatly, a chance we might not make it to the next round, but I'll do my best! :)

I expect all the players on the team to be ready for matchday! That means I want them to be at 90% condition on thursday evening in order to start the following match on friday (given they aren't training hard). I also expect players not to be "unhappy" on their teams or have less than "Okay" moral as this will influence their level of performance. I usually allow one slip once in a while, but repeated slips will cause the player to be dropped.

I haven't quite decided on tactics yet, but will probably use "press more" in defence. If anyone has players, defenders or midfielders, with exeptional skills in tackling, positioning and acceleration and they are not a part of the team, please let me know.

Jeg stiller forøvrig som kandidat i valget av ny sjef for U21- gutta.

Denne sesongen vil fokuset ligge på å videreutvikle spillere som er aktuelle landslagsspillere på sikt. Troppen vil også bære preg av at de beste spillerne er med i VM- kvalifiseringen til A-landslaget.

Et gitt eksepempel: la oss si at de 3 stopperne som skal spille VM for oss neste sesong er i A- troppen.I den situasjonen vil jeg heller velge en 16 åring med stort potensial enn en ferdigtrent 19 åring som uansett ikke er aktuell for landslaget neste sesong.

Still meg gjerne spørsmål om du lurer på noe.
