Effects of experience, morale, and adaptation on stats
« on: September 21, 2011, 02:23:06 AM »
In the Manual it says:"Condition, experience, moral, and adaptation points (depends on how long the player is in the team)
has effect on each match." Now, I understand how condition modifies stats (a % stats plus a penalty below 92%)

However I'm less clear with the others. Here's my guesses:

Adaptation to team: 3 levels (just beginning, still yet to, and fully adapted), right? All penalties except fully adapted?
Experience and morale: Penalties below "okay" and bonuses above?

Specifically, I'd like to know how these mathematically affect stats. I'd like to be able to plug in these modifiers into an excel sheet with player stats in order to compare players, such as those I'm considering purchasing on the transfer market. I mean, which is better, better stats in the right areas but low experience, or better experience and worse stats?

Also, does anyone know how long it takes to move up adaptation levels? 10 matches? 20 matches? More?

It is quite complicated and we don't show you the experience, moral, and adaptation points in numbers.
Anyway, how long will it takes to move up adaptation levels depends on the players.

Can you at least tell us if these effects are additive or multiplicative, and maybe which attributes/factors affect the speed of adaptation? Does the progress rate (scout report) come into play?

Adaptation of a player depends only on him not any other attributes.

Great questions Champione  :)... my pockets are empty for this lol

I can however speculate...

Experience SHOULD be a percentage improvement on current performance (but only a small percentage per star)

Moral SHOULD be a percentage improvement on current performance (a larger percentage per stage)

Adaptation SHOULD be based on player age, use in the team and nationality... younger, first team natives SHOULD adapt a lot quicker than older, substitute foriegn players

Although the players stats should not be effected... their performance rating should improve (or go down) according to these factors.

Like you, just a guess... but a second opinion sometimes helps :)
