I noticed that it is impossible to do specific training on aggression, determination, OR influence. It seems the only way to train these skills is by training "mental". I'd guess that the ratios among them are meant to be somewhat fixed, with the idea that all three are linked, but not necessarily equal. Any more, when I search the transfer market, I like to stick a 4 or 5 minimum in these categories for this very reason.
