Many users complain about hiring coach that is random skill.

Can you give several coaches for choosing to user who hire new coach ?

The has grown a lot since that time, i hope this time developers consider change it.

Better yet, can we just have a market for coaches, much like that for players but without transfer fees? If you sack a coach, they go on the market list. Then we can examine the coaches for the attributes we want, much like for players. We can then bid on the coaches' salaries rather than the transfer price.

we need some changes about coaches, cause we can't be like this, anyway a team could hire a coach that the teams needs no the one that ramdom gives the machine, so please admin tell us what the staff it's doing in this item

an example: I have already 2 coach of 700,000G, they have their own skills, now if I hire a new 700,000 coach I can't accept to have the same skills, I must have the option of choose some skills.

another thing, I have noticed that my 2 coachs are obviusly good coachs, but not as good as other 700,000 coach that have been hire in other teams, I think there is a big difference between coaches of the same price, we all pay the same money and we all must have coaches with same level more and less.

Another thing wth coash now it's neccesary that have good or great working with youngs, cause if not they don't serve. Why? even tough I put a great coach with a player more than 23 he progress rate is slow no matter what, so...... they have to changed some stuff....
