Captain Problem

On the game manual it says that it is better if the captain is set to the player with a high influence. However, my player with the highest influence is only 16 years old. Should I make him captain, or a player with lower influence but more experienced? For now I haven't set him as captain yet. Thanks

It really depends on the differences in experience and influence. As a rule, I would suggest that every level (2 stars) of experience is worth about one point of influence when choosing a captain. Thus the following combinations would all be equivalent imo:

Influence      Experience
15                  very low
14                    low
13                   okay
12                   good
11                 very good

If I find I have two players that are equivalent on this scale, then I use the teamwork score as the tie-breaker

I don't know the exact of this, but it is a known fact that players with high experience play closer to their max level. This should also be the fact when calculating "captain effect" I believe.
