Hello, What are the up red arrows and blue arrows i see on other teams match ?

When I go to see other teams I see red and blue arrows next to players what is this?

Yes that's if you choose each one role to attack or to defend . (red-attack , blue-defend or default )

Thanks mate and how do I set this?

only with computers you can do it as far as i know ,press with the right of the mouse on a player at Tactics  .Thats all  :)
