I guess that it should be an important part of the player life.

A better room should be for a better rest, motivation and even part of the transfert motivational choice of the player.

The rest formula could be
1*Players Room Level

For example if I own a level 5 of Player's room my player shall rest 5 point of condition every night. If I own a level 2 Player's Room my player shall rest 2 point of condition every night and so on.

The transfert motivational could lend a player wage to be considered like:
Wage offered+2*(player's room level)%

for example if I own a 5 level Player's Room and I try to bid a wage of 1000 it could be like I tried to bid a wage of 1100. If I own a 2 level Player's Room and I try to bid a wage of 1000 it's like I tried to bid a wage of 1040.

I agree that player room doesn't have a significant role in the game, but to be honest i never figured out what should it be.

However, increasing the condition points to a higher value than 3% each day will be mosly good for big teams: If my players could recover 35% each week (instead of 21%, as now happens) i could play all league matches , all friendly/cup matches, all custom cup matches and all WCC matches without effort (they could also play for the NT and nothing would happen too) , big teams wouldn't need backup players anymore.

The morale thing is not that bad i think, but maybe higher levels should decrease the chance to receive morale drops until you lose a couple of matches. Morale boost should be guaranteed after good performances IMO, but i understand that when a weak team loses against a big team, their morale drops, and that doesn't happen in real life mostly, i mean small teams usually plays to not lose against big teams but they understand that losing against them will probably happen, but they also know that their competition is not against big teams so losing against a stronger team wouldn't affect them mostly (unless they lose really badly).

Having a "The Best" Player's Room is something that comes for 4.550.000 G and it takes a lot in maintenance and it deserves some special effect.
It could be 4 and not 5. I made an example and it needs to be balanced, anyway have should be different by having not.

If we talk of morale actually friendly match affect the morale and it's absurd (to me). Friendly should not affect morale as the stadium has no influence in the match so that home or away is the same thing.

The player could even make a discount on the wages.

Had you seen the Eto's house in Moscow? More than 1000 meters in a skytower with pool and internal elevator. An house with a rent value of 80.000 US dollar a month. It's clear that this could be part of a contract of a football player.

Having the best player room could make the difference in the choice of the club for a player.

Maybe higher player room should let you win an auction if both bids are tied (now, it's random), i think that would be a more reasonable don't you think?

Eto' shall leave Russia cause the owner of the team is sick and doctors told him to avoid deep emotions including the ones of the football team he owns so the money are over and Eto' shall not continue to earn what he earned till now.

It's simple.

The fast lane for the transfert (when tied) could be a good start for a so huge investment.

I think it's a good idea, so there is a value to the club and encourage their constructions

A player's room is like a breathing room. And yes I have to agree with you all on all the good motivations lol

Player rooms are a thing of prestige. It shouldn't give moral boosts or return condition. It is a statement by the club that they care about their players and are willing to take care of them. If you want to make the player room more important in the game and keep the purity or its purpose, just set it so that certain players will only sign for clubs with a certain level of player room. This can be easily accomplished by changing how it works. Instead of allowing the player room to dictate player budget as it does now, why not let it dictate the amount of salary your club will play for a players wages. The size of the player room will increase the amount you will be allowed to pay a player. This will cause managers to increase their player rooms as players begin to demand more wages or risk having to sell that player or play with a very unhappy player. This will also prevent teams spending ludicris amounts of money for players they can't afford and often are not worth the price they are willing to pay for them. It will force managers to make better signings and better financial decisions for their clubs.
