Training stops when CA < LA

HI,

I have FC, whose CA is smaller than LA. But the player does not improve anymore.

Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Training report says:
Training Form      Workload    Improved Skills
Okay                     Medium                   None

CA is also smaller than LA and also smaller than predicted ability for next seasons.

What else should i look to understand the problem?

They don't improve every day from training.
If your player is CA7 and his LA is 8 or higher, he will only improve further by playing matches.

Read Manual Better. ;)
- When the 'current ability' of a player reaches his 'limited ability' or current ability >= 7, training has no effect in improvement. Only Appearances in matches help him improve his skills. For goalkeepers this is >=5

I have a player who has already reached his maximum potential CA 7 PA 7 an he is still getting training for friendly +0,28 and for league match +0,56... so that means he is going to exceed his current potential  8)

No. He'll stop. Because CA isn't round number. It's sometimes 7,00, sometimes 7,53, sometimes 7,28 for example,and we can't see that. So he'll stop for sure soon.

As far as i know, player improves until CA is 7 (outfield players) or 5.4 (goalkeepers), sometimes you see that you player's CA is 7 and he is still getting something from training, well... his CA is 6.9 or something like that actually, it's just that the game shows CA/LA in round numbers.

I found something new in training. I train my players who have reached their potential heavy/very heavy with trainers and when they get good training form improved (+0.01) from training. The only way to improved from training is Good training form.
These two players are 6/5/1 and 5/4/1, also yesterday I train player 6/6/1 who have reached his potential very heavy with trainer, he got good training form and improved (+0.01) of skill >15.

This is probably player from the start of game (1st season) when we could see this cases. :)

Exactly, if players keep playing, their skills keep improving, i have an AMC 7/5/1 and a FC 8/7/1
