Are Mental Skills important for players

All my main players have good mental skills and they played very well last season although their value are about 300k-430k,and i have one striker scored 29 goals in 28 matches in VietNam Top Level.

But i still wondering which skills should my players should train:All Mental skills to >12 or main skills like Finishing or Passing,Crossing etc to 20

Everything is needed for a player. Also, depends what skills he has, on what position he plays, what tactics you use for 'em etc... You can make the players like Mentally strong, and continue to train them to the needed skills, example: Finishing is most important for a Striker. Afterwards, you can train them for the main skills, optionally you can go on the Mental ones also. Hope you understood me.
