To all TB Academy managers about the youth camp

may i ask about all TB Academy managers how did u view about the youth camp? felt those camps only produce qualities that dont match TB academy standards and i was thinking to terminate all the camps and focused at the lucky draw at the 1st day of the season {+ a lot of 300000 } for more TB shitz. is it the best option so far and does in any 1% chance GKO will upgrade youth camps at next season?

to upgrade but how? I know that all investors want to higher LA but IMHO one thing should change. Age of promoted players should be around 15 .

Last season i had 2x 3/10/4 players, both DL :D(DCL and DL) and two 2/9/4, couple of 3/6/2-4, so i dont think that financialy youth is good idea.

And CA should be better than 1 since a player with CA 1 that must play all matches to reach his cap earlier than his 21 yo is embarassing even in the E-F thai leagues.

I am an owner of TB accademy and I closed the camps the day that the close camps feat were avaiable.

In this season 11 I already know that I'll have a 8-10 LA Mc with a PR of 3-6 and a 9-10 LA Dmr with a PR of 3-5 both of them are 2-3 of CA and I'll have them the very first day of the season. How many millions you should invest in youth camps for having them? I consider Youth Camps a waste of time and resources.

those players might be a 2/8/3 and a 2/9/3, and that is nothing to be happy about. but if both of them are la10, then you are very, very, veeeeery lucky! you cannot give advice based on luck.

i could also give advice based on my misfortune: invest in youth camp, about 5 mil per camp, per season. you will get FOR SURE 2 la10. as opposed to my the best academy, that gave me my last la10 in season 6, and i've spent millions of G for extra pulls, plus lots and lots of tokens. overall, i think i've seen some 60 to 70 reports since this system started, but i've never got a la10. i had la9-10 reports, i pulled the player, but it turned out to be la9, pr3 (except one case, pr4).

should i also mention that all but 1 of the la9 i got were FC?

like i said, don't give advice based on luck. or the lack of it. the camp is a sure thing, the academy is lottery.

Academy is luck . Having the better academy increases the chanses - so NOT guaranteed ! You werent lucky - someone else was :)

As for camp , you have to invest all the time 5m after 5m after 5m to get those players and you get CA1 player . With that money you can buy almost every good developed player on the market or even buy 2-3  3/9/4 from the market , sometimes better. With academy you only invest once , after just maintence 30k !

If I suggest where to invest - definitely academy !

30.000/week if you don't take any extra pulls (300.000 a pop). but if you want good players, you have to try extra pulls.

like you said, if you also take into consideration buying, the best option remains the transfer market. the camp is too expensive, the academy is crap, if you're not very, very lucky.

e he he I said it 2 seasons ago many times:) Since then I bought some good players but there is no more for me for sale :( No one want to sell LA 11+ players ( on some positions I am looking for 12+ only).

i like having a team made of my own youth players, so i'll stick with what i receive. but that's just me.

My opinion "youth camp is OK., it's for somebody don't want to upgrade facilities or want to use luck." because

age 17 and CA 1 will control you have to play every match for high LA or sell them, it's give and take. If you need high LA, your team will drop from great team in league while you training player.

If you change youth camp to get player better and don't want to play match, the market will no have youth high LA and great team will never drop, no have opportunity for other team.
