Suggestions/Bugs / Signing on fee needs tweaking

I rarely sell or acquire players, but few days ago I decided to try my luck with a player before I would wave him
Few hours ago I been greeted with this interesting massage
Believe me, that player was nothing special (he was rubbish) sure his current ability was 4 but spending more than 100 - 7,000 to acquire that player is an overkill, the manager who got that player spent 100 $ + 29800 $ to acquire a 30 year old player that did not have any experience or outstanding abilities .
First i thought that it was managers fault to spent additional 29800 $ on Signing and I thought there would be no chance that the system would require such high price on a transfer. So I started searching for old players and noticed that fee was just too high
Here is one example:
You can see an old veteran player that can be used in a low level league, I am a huge believer in experienced players and I use them, so based on this for a right price I can buy a similar player like this if the price is right (around 1000$)
However when I looked at his Signing on fee I think it is almost impossible to move a player like him because the fee is just too high, and this is just one example all the players I looked at that are around the same age have tremendous Signing fee
Based on all the above I believe Signing on fee re tweaked. Because acquiring a player above 29 years is a waste of money ( I am not even talking about how fast does players ability drop, which is a huge mistake, in our era players can easily play up to 34)

I have always said that players can play any position they want in this game as long as they are willing to accept the penalty they will get when they play that position. If the player has the skills needed for a position and your tactics are set to give him the best chance at playing well, I think they will play ok in those positions. I have also seen out of position players doing all sorts of outrageous things. Its a gamble but sometimes it works. It has worked against me before & I don't think my team is too bad so it can happen to anyone. Even when you have the best players it doesn't mean you will win. Sometimes you loose even when you get all the tactics right. That's football and that is also GKO. If it wasn't that way, what chance would the underdog have of ever beating a bigger team.
