As it stands now you have to choose what to do, you learn through training to LA7.
now could train attack to 20 until you meet CA7, then progresses other skills only in the game to CA9.
Or you can train most score that you need to meet 15 until LA7, and then continue to rise these points through the matches to 20.
on my way would also have to choose what you'll learn it in training (You can not learn everything, just through training), but the players could learn in training until he meets potential!

Which is actually the only this you are after. I dont like it any more than you do. I think it at least is way too steep. We miss out on the wonderful world of football where 22-25 year old players (or older) suddenly becomes extremely good. Or at least its very very hard and takes loads of patience. For example we miss players like Fabregas who matured into a world class player, quite late really.
I get what you are coming at, but I think you overestimate your suggestions, the problem and underestimate the time and effort it is to find talents you want to train to keep as first team players.

I have a couple of suggestions about youth players.
if you're forcing us to use youth at least give us youth that can reach their potential by 30 league game per season till they are 22.
i don't want to spend 4M on very good academy and get player 18y 3/9/2, if you are giving players with such high LA and very low PR
they should be very young 13-15y old.
low PR players have no chance to reach their potential because of CA7 training limit (this rule makes no sense because it only limits low PR players from reaching their potential, high PR players are going to reach their potential anyway)

Is it still possible to get players from academy with grade 1 in goalkeeping skills?
I was looking for young players with low scores in the goalkeeping skills but I could not find anyone under 3!
I have old players who have a lot of 1 in goalkeeping skills.

You can not see that a player has played for a young nation team after playing for A Nation team and you can not see how many games he played. I think he wonder why this is so?!

I'm not so sure about top level and WCC, but NT matches grants more experience, that's confirmed too. We probably won't know how much more it is, admin doesn't seem to tell us many clues about experience.
these are important informations.
we should know that a player gains the same experience after playing 30 or 90 minutes.
we should also know if a player gets same experience playing friendly, cup or league game.
does the quality of the opponent have an affect on the amount of experience a player gets?
does individual players performance in match effect the amount of experience gained?
admin please some clues.

najcesce me tako sredi

do age of players and/or PR of players affects the speed of getting experience?
ore it just depends on the minutes the player has been in the field?
I'm sure players gets more experience in the TL, WCC, NT matches
than the other competitions, but what are the differences?
I bought the player who got the second star experience for no particular reason,
and I have a player who took three seasons to get another star.

Most agree with you on "Next Match Report" that you can magicali see the abilities of players. each player must be scout for it.

also you have to be able to skautat a match.
premium will not go away but must somehow reduce the difference. I think my proposal quick and painless. It will not help much but at least something to start.
for mots can be reduced but not eliminated.

I don't understand how somebody that defends MotS can speak about competition fairness.
I'm not saying that your request isn't reasonable, i only think you're trying to make things easier for you, not "fair for all".
I have a premium account. does not help me that my opponent see my tactics!!!!!!
mots hinder me too.
But that's the point!
too easy to me now. without mots I would have won the league and cup this season.
perhaps even passed a group of WCC, that my team had more moral.
unjustly attacking me. just want to improve the game!

« on: March 27, 2013, 09:08:23 PM »I agree with changes in transfer system too. Well done! MOTS need to be taken out or at least they should reduce advantage of it. I received 4 MOTS this season and it is almost impossible to win team which use MOTS. It doesnt make any sense. And it is not fair.
My team fought against 8 mots this season! of which I won 1 without and 1 with MOTS. 2 have ended a draw, and the rest I lost. It cost me first place in the league and i almost never passed the qualification for the WCL. and again, I am not complaining. without them the game would be boring! weaker clubs would have no chance of win something. And the same is happening in real life, where small clubs make a miracle and win a lot stronger opponents. mots is a very important thing for the dynamics of the game!
Do not remove them!!!!

Pozdrav svima!
Prijavio sam se za vodstvo reprezentacije iz istog razloga kao i ostali kandidati.
Vjerujem da mogu pridonjeti reprezentaciji svojim mena?erskim sposobnostima i izborit visoku poziciju na svjetskom prvenstvu.
Ali nakon sto sam procitao govor od Toni Maranta ja sam mu prepustio svoj glas.
uz molbu da na iduce izbore ako on smatra da nije ostvario dovoljno dobar uspjeh, on svoj glas da meni.

Pa to ti je tata od medica ili ujak a mozda i stric nisam bas siguran, uglavnom citava familija igra a mislim da to ustvari igra samo 1 lik!
pre los si ... bice da si policajac kad si tako pametan. sve bi nas bana da nemamo premium. jedan klub po ip adresi. ocito nemas familiju.
ja imam i puno nas igra ali nenosim prezime medic i nestanujemo svi na istoj adresi. ali cemo svi kad tad uc u top ligu ja cu se zato pobrinit
kuzin igricu svaki dan sve bolje i bolje, na kraju ce bit tri familije u top ligi plus marant. i to sve zato sta si bana covika u penziji koji niti nekuzi igricu dobro, nezna engleski niti cemu objekti suze. naravno nezna ni pravila. samo postavit taktiku , kupit i prodat igraca.

postoji velka sansa da konoba iznenadi i osvoji ligu ove sezone jel ima jaku momcad i ako uhvate zalet ni motivacije ih nece kleknit.
tako da sam svoj glas da njima (jedini ja). naravno ocekujem u vrhu maranta, vukovar i brce. bilo tko od njih moze osvojit.

add an option that we can see on one page;
position, name, morale, experience, condition, average rating.
as we have when we look at our team. "Selection"
all that we see when we look at each player individually, but it consumes time.
