Sorry, I've checked with the developers and found out that they haven't implement them yet since the were so busy during the update of the season.
We will implement them soon.
I have made a concrete question to the admin, there are teams that have made the best quality level, paid 10,000,000 for be in the top of the academies, for promote the best youths, what will happen now?.
I will be the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ... team obtaining the best academy, I have sell the most of my players for that, I have sacrified team performance for make the best level, I hope to have the advantages that I suposed last monday when I began to build it, I hope anything will be different. I hope to get next July 16th 7-8 youth from 'the best' level academy.
A last thing, complicate things never is a good way..
- If a manager upgrades his academy during season 6, it will not effect the 8 new players given each season. But if he use tokens or budget to search for more players it will take effect immediately.
- SO i will receive 8 youths from my curent level of academy....GREAT
I THINK THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND IT WILL NOT BE FAIR TO RECEIVE YOUTHS FROM CURRENT LEVE IF I HAVE UNDER CONSTRCTION NEXT LEVEL...
WAITING FOR OFFERS !!!IMHO price for cup should be higher for one biggest reason. This really only one chance for big money for teams from lower division. It is still in mine mind when I started in B when someone started in Top Level ,just because of more luck. PS GKO is not real life, one club has one manager not million supporters like Barcelona or Manchester United . So everybody want to win, more everybody want to have chance to win . You want to create group teams which win all the time and rest could only watching them. It is not good for this game.
Brian , stop think about yourself all the time. I know you are first US Top level, but you gonna win a cup too if you want that money
Intentionally losing a game to benefit another team expressly is considered to be violation the rules of our game.
Please don't do it and please help us keep an eye on such actions.

buncombe , what you are saying is ok but it's impossible. Now a days there are a lot of multiaccounts players, doing the worst they can and de admin doesn't know there is no way to know in a certain mode that the owners of those accounts are the same or different players, so they can share the same league and they can vote for the nation manager.
I think the same to you but it's a bit complicated and I think that the developers can't resolve this in a short time

That's the reason, you've got 2 penalties:
* Ability is higher than 15
* Specific training reduces your match bonus 20%. It doesn't matter how good are your training facilities. To get a full bonus, switch between specific and general bonus before the match.
Oh his CA is only 4, and I have another with CA of 3, with 17 and 15 for Finishing and Off the Ball, lol.
I can't seem to sell the latter, though!!!!!!!!!
