of course Carlos has right...and you Ruta have right too...but i think that a FC with LA 7 wou ll can train to be good at both drill and float crosses...i think you need a universal atcker because you can t play drill or float crosses with every team...you need to adapt your tactic with weeknesses of you oponent...and if you dont have universal players you can t do that...thats my opinion

maybe it should apear to not only when he grows with one point....but every day after update should appear at what level is training at that skill....for exemple passing...0.78...it whoul help us to know exactly how much training that player needs to improve passing skill

eu o sa incerc sa descriu pe scurt ce am inteles eu din acel articol...vor fi 2 tipuri de transferuri:
1. transferuri de jucatori proveniti din academie,echipa ta sau proaspat cumparati...la juniorii promovati din academie vom obtine 80% + 5 % bonus din suma ceruta pe acel jucator....la ceilalti jucatori vom obtine 80% daca el se afla de suficient timp in echipa ta(nu se specifica cat timp trebuite sa fi fost in echipa)...si doar 35 % pe jucatorii proaspat cumparati...aici vor avea de suferit cei care cumpara jucatori pentru revanzare la un pret mai mare
2.transferuri de free playeri...aici nu va mai castiga cel care face cea mai mare oferta...ci cel care va oferii cel mai mare salariu...dar si suma oferita pe acel jucator trebuie sa nu fie mai mica cu mai mult de 40% decat cea mai mare oferta(de ex daca cineva ofera 1 mil pe un free iar tu oferi intre 600 000 si 1 mil dar un salariu mai mare o sa ai castig de cauza)....foarte ambigua aceasta modalitate...cam asta am inteles eu,poate gresesc

nici mie nu-mi place ideea...nu vom mai putea vinde jucatori decat dupca cateva sezoane ca sa scoatem profit...plus ca se vor ajunge la niste salarii care nu ne vor mai permite sa ne dezvoltam facilitatile pentru ca se va duce tot profitul pe salarii...eu zic ca e un pas inapoi

sunt foarte bune ideile tale play...cel putin asta este parerea mea...eu as propune ca in primul sezon sa se insiste mai mult pe jucatori cu potential si care inca cresc,pentru asi putea imbunatati skilurile pe care selectionerul le considera lipsa la acei jucatori, pentru ca atunci cand va avea loc urmatorul campionat mondial,adica sezonul viitor,sa avem un lot competitiv si jucatori care sa stea bine la skiluri...si cred ca acest lucru se poate face cu o buna cooperare dintre selectioner si ceilalti manageri....eu unul sunt dispus pentru colaborare daca se va considera ca unii dintre jucatorii ei pot ajuta nationala

this changes make GKO so complicate...e don t understand these changes and i m not new in this game,but what about the new managers...they will be completly lost....and i don t understand why admin make this changes at the sugestion of a 2 or 3 managers...are you sure that others managers agree with these changes...A POOL IS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT THIS CHANGES....AND IF YOU CAN MAKE THE THINGS EASIER,PLEASE DON T COMPLICATE THEM...LET THEM HOW IT IS...these changes will go donwn gko and only thai managers will have to win from this
