VerdeAmarilloRojoRojo (Awkward) -> afectar a su rendimiento en torno a un 7-8%
- Amarillo (Unconvincing) -> afectar a su rendimiento en torno a un 4-5%
- Dark Green (Accomplished) -> afectar el rendimiento en torno a un 2-4%
- Green (Natural) -> No tiene efecto sobre el rendimiento

Now I wonder if there would be the possibility that retired players turn into coaches?.
I think it would be a good way to keep players who have left an excellent management in a soccer team  :)

Bueno se ha terminado el mundial, nuestra seleccion ha quedado 3ro. en su grupo con tan solo 2 puntos, no se ha tenido una buena performance como la obtenida para clasificar, sin embargo se puede sacar en positivo la juventud de muchos jugadores, lo que servira para en futuros mundiales se pueda tener una actuacion mas destacada.

Esta es la lista definitiva, se han cambiado algunos jugadores por distintas circunstancias, a ser, Lesiones, Bajo nivel de Moral. Creo que es lo mejor que tenemos, hay mucho excelente jugadores, pero lastimosamente solamente pueden ir 23 jugadores.

I want to suggest the existence of the option to choose a list of penalty shooters.
This suggestion is a result that will give more realism to the game. When finished the regular time and then overtime, only see the result of the penalty.
My suggestion is:
- Create a list of players to shoot the penalty at least 5-10. In order of priority.
- See if the players are right or fail to shoot the penalty.

I think we need to train a player in another position, and I think it is very possible, because there are players who for example has defined its natural position as FC (green ball), but can play AMR also as unconvincing position (yellow ball .) Could not have an option to change this position to a natural position as well.  ;)
