Answering your question:
Greater than -1 goals means that result is > -1 for your team, that is, your team is drawing (+0) or winning (+1, +2, +3...)
Less than -1 goals means that result is < -1, that is, your team is losing for 2 or more goals.
And for now on, please be aware of starting topics which title defines clearly your question and/or problems. Posts like "please help", "admin help" or similar should be ignored (in fact, in other forums, they are). A better title for this topic would have been "advanced instructions question" for instance.

Having more than one account is forbidden. If you believe someone's using more than one account, for any purpose, you should report that user.
Apart from that:
- you can search for players and filter them by their skills if they're transferlisted.
- you must make use of your scout to get a report from a single player that isn't in the transfer list.
Anyway, I also think there should be a rough scouting analysis for any player in the game. For instance, you go to the squad list of another team, and you're able to see something like: Mental: Bad; Phisical: Good; Defending: Incredible; Attacking: Clumsy. That would be more realistic: you don't know how good is a player in terms of exact skills, but get a rough idea of it.

What if you make translation form inside the game where translators just could translate word for word in the game, like a question form instead of downloading a bunch of files. Not so good explained but hope you understand.
At least translating from english to spanish it won't work.
Phrase's syntax is different a lot of times, it must be made from scratch.

I think developers can raise limit of absence with no penalty. Let's say half of the season. Please, do not introduce assistants, sitters or any other help to keep your club running without human hand. The game is suppose to promote logged in players, isn't it?
