Lets say any of the above is true, and we all stopped paying premium or buying tokens. The income simply stopped. Admin is left with two options.
1. Start developing the game again and hope that more people join to get the funding back on track
2. Quit the game entirely thinking; oh well it was a good run

In fact this game can be very easy much more profitable for admin/gamemaster/developers with just few code lines which can even make community happy...for example,shorter seasons,new WCL system (all countrys with 4 spots and same chance to qualify) etc. Well they don't upgrade their incomes same as bug games ! Question is why? I'm afraid this game is limited,like there is no way to move on android market or expand game play level (more skills and tactical challange) without rewriting whole game code...I think most likly they work on other games and GKO will run some time untill there will be enough income to pay out server etc.

Mental skills are improved player ability but dont decrase player potential for all other skills.This can explain some bot selections in national teams.Mental skills dont effect players/teams power as much as all other skills,Is anybody knows exactlly how player play or can play better with great mental skills ? In my experience it looks like it gives You something but not much and it can be random.

Don't use your scout for that because we/You can change our bid velue and salary as well in any time.It means You can decide that price or salary is already too high and You dont bid higher but at the end someone will buy that player for less money and/or salary 
This should be change too.

I am still at step 1.

Patiance Paps I forgot that You have to buy best coach's too...but first finish your "money facilitys and stadium" than save about 8milions minimum and in same time expand training grounds, buy Pa9+ PR3+ young players and coache's.You dont build up your academy so You save money (about 20milions+maintanance costs) especially that now only best academy make any sens.In meantime your club ranking will grow up to 6000+ that means more money from sponsors etc. and more fans too.Dont be worry when Your team will be weak and You will play in B league.Once You train your players You will be back  Same thing did...WCL champion !!! just after winning he sold out best players and he bought talented juniors,his team was relegeted to B league in Spain and now he will be one of the beat again.GL with your plans

How can we ever beat VV Rhoon..??

1.Expand your stadium bar hotel and resteraunt to very good level,Now cash will income much faster   2.Expand your training grounds to minimum good level 3.You will complate previous tasks within 4 seasons and than You will be ready for 3.Buy PA 9-10 players for less money than VV Rhoon paid now. (there will much more talented players  for nice price).5. Train your players to your tactic plan.6.Once You train them and play with them next 8-10 seasons your players will be very experienced and your team will be very strong much stronger than Rhoon NOW.Thats the best way to grow up for new clubs like your when You dont have a premium.Many new users right now are playing this way way.

Players which will play in QS 19 and already play for First national team:


If first team manager do not plan to play minimum 30 minutes with one of them, he will contact U21 team manager and player will be selected for U21 team friendly game.

Here is current list of players which will be train/play in U21 national team in all friendly games, mostly we train those players for U21 qualifications in season nr:19 and 21

Legend:
QS 17,19 etc. - player will be useful for U21 qualification in season 17,19 etc.
NT - player is best future option for specific position in first national team - those players should be train always at first,however number of those players will decrease.

All candidates for training must play in their clubs about 80-100 % games.
National Potential ability list will be check every week, If we get some future star update will be done.

I have a questions about National teams ranking system.Where we can see that ranking ? Which games are counted to that ranking,just a qualification and World Cup finals or also friendly games ? From all seasons ? The points are counted togheter for U21 and first national team? How ranking system is counting points for  a specific(friendly,qualification,finals) games ?
Is there some system for draws of qualification for U21 and main teams with seeded teams ?

In dit seizon is tijd voor stadium kwaliteit en misschien Bar,store,hotel...
Ik heb nog twee seizonen nodig om mijn spelers goed trainen.
Maar alles kan veranderd als ga ik mijn junioren van academy bevordert.

My intention on this topic is to present and explain how we should work on National team's selection.I'm sure You guys already know what is the point of that but still some of You can find interesting points.I hope in future every new national manager will continue that work with great cooperation between U21 and First team selection.

Some important things:
- We need more Best Academy's but there is 450 best academy's in GKO world so we need also luck.How it looks now and what we can do extra You may read on this topic http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=19252.0
- For First National team we need players with PA 10+ and PR 3+ For U21 team PA 9+ and PR3+ ,First PA 10 with good PR players we already have and actually if they have serious training in club they are also national team members  However best country's are busy with PA11+ on almost each position 
- players with PR 3 and 4 should play minimum +;- 66% of league games from first season at club and 100% after 1st or 2nd season(if a player is 15y.old and veeeery weak tings are different    .This + national games + very good coach and training grounds gave us guarantee of effective training.
When You train your players remember that:
- Once your player reach 22y. his PR will drop one point every season.For example 21y. old player with PR 3 in next season will be 22y. old with PR 2 and PR1 on 23y.
- When GK reach CA 5,9 he will get training only from games ! When player from any other position reach CA 7,1 he will get training only from games !
- Best players from academy's are young 15-16y. old  with PR 5+ ,no one will sell those players cheap (of course PA 5 or 6 are not so good)
- players with PR 2 mostly represent an garbage  I was very lucky with  Stef Van Daele,he came from academy as 4/9/2 with velue 406,000 and nice skills, anyway he played all games and now is 7/9/2 should be ready for next U21 qualification.
- You may train your 3/10/6 player very fast without games but he will miss experiance and experiance is very important.Player with same CA but with number of stars more on experience have much higher level,will play more often on his optimal level and will keep his high morale longer or he will rise up his morale faster.
- Players can improve experience only when they are playing games in club or in national teams.Actually our most experienced players in national team are CA7 with PA7 where best teams are filled with CA 9-11 players well experienced.Now You can imagine the difference.
- Realistic plan for next...10 seasons is to develop our best academy's (I hope 7-10) and slowly exchange CA7 players for PA10+ players,in same time keep our position in GKO world (for national and club teams).After that time and great work I hope we can reach REAL top level

Final of the WC is tommorow , so we will wait a whole week for nothing .
I would like to hear what are they doing in that free week  . Otherwise I see no problem for the season to start this sunday .
It cant be that they are just lazy, greedy bastards !

Less pause il equal at more seasons.
More season is equal at more drawns of young players.
More frawns of young players is equal at more token sold.
More token sold is equal more real money in our Admin's wallet.

They could be lazy but why greedy?
If they were greedy they would allow not a single day of pause between seasons.

But still question is why ? Maybe they get paid some money from owner of this game.They dont get much so they work less...

"i began with young players who had very good LIMITED ABILITY 8,9 or 10, and i helped them reaching them. i played them even when they were CA4/5. from the begining I always stated with my MALTESE friends that we need time and after 4 seasons or 6 seasons may be we would have a good strong team.
I focused on a group of players,  and finally we succeded."

First eleven best national teams and many more are working with youth players in each friendly game.Therefore they don't select players over the age of 20 ... Those national teams are busy with training the most talented players.It  is clear that many clubs benefit  from good work of their national team managers.I think the ambitions of Netherland National Team an clubs should be the same as Top teams.
Unfortunately It looks like our U21 team (manager) is not working on that.In short words our most prospect and talented players under age 21 do not play/practice in U21 friendly games. In selection of U21 national team we can find 21year old players (total 13) with no future for our first team and U21 qualifications in the next season.Working with youngsters according that system now for Netherland is even more important.Why?
Our first team is very strong because many users from other country's did promote extra players to academy and they chose Netherland players, but they will not do that so often anymore.Speaking directly I expect decrease about 90% If we don't build up few best academy and we will not help our best talents to strengthen our National and club teams this consequences coming next sooner or later:
1.Our national teams have no chance to fight against the best teams.
2.In the coming seasons disparity will increase.
3.Clubs from our top level without support with training and promotion best Netherland youth players will be weaker than others so cooperating .Personally in this situation if I will spend 300.000 G's for extra player from academy I will serach for future star in Madagacar (example).
4. Teams from our league (excluding  VV Rhoon) which will play in Club World Cup will be not strong enough for promotion to the world champions league.That means in coming seasons, we will not get 3rd spot in Club World Cup but we can even lose one (many teams behind in ranking are  working with young players similar as top teams).
 Well, for me it is clear that for now there is no future,I just lose my time and enthusiasm in this forum topic.
Anyway wish success to our National Teams on this road to nowhere.
