Sorry, but i don't get your question...   

Just a quick advice, switch from specific to general training guring matchdays. Your player is getting 0.12 in league matches because you are using specific training, he should be getting 0.16 each match.

You missed a point:

League prizes in countries with inactive players are lower than league prizes in countries with active players. However, league prizes will be the same for all countries that have active players.

He meant that the number of quality youth pulled each season must be increased, because there are more and more academies each season and the numbers are outdated.

I don't spend money in token, my strategy usually is pulling 2 or 3 players at season start (there is always 1 or 2 players from previous season, and then i pick older players, just to do some space in academy) and then i start to pull extras, if some players have reports in 2 or 3 weeks, i wait for them and i decide to pull them or kick them out, pulling some extra again. With time, i usually get something worth to keep or worth to sell decing decent money. That strategy has (more or less) worked for me until now.

With my accademy at The Best level I hired a fantastic 2/5/3 GK instead.

Well, it can always be worst.... I got a 3/5/4 FC and a 2/5/4 AMR 

Same story when every season starts,each season players are getting worsen 
This year i got 3/6/3, 3/6/4 ,3/6/3 ,2/6/3 ,3/7/3 ,3/7/3 and 3/8/3 with maintainance cost 30000g per week it is rubbish 

Nah, players are not getting worsen. There are more and more teams with The Best academy each season, and the academy system is not an island in the GKO world, it is in same condition than 3 or 4 seasons ago, wich means that quality rates haven't been updated.

In Argentina, a team got a 3/11/3 DR using very good academy, another manager got a 3/11/4 FC using the best academy.... Quality players are there, you just need to dig deeper to get them!

In other words, your chances of getting high LA players are each season lower, you can always be against the odds pulling extra youth, but still, as long as developers don't adjust quality rates again, your chances to pull quality will keep decreasing each season.

Well, i hadn't any UNH player when the rester server to work again, but i took a small peak with some players with 2 seasons left on their contract, and the wage gap was there, ready to push me to spend 24k extra in 4 player's wages, i don't know how many of them will actually ask me a new contract, but i am pretty sure that the UNH status hasn't been refreshed yet.

BTW, U21 elections must be opened too

it should be enough to renew the contract before sending the player away. if he will become unhappy, they accept signing a new deal, now. so, if you renewed the contract today, it should be ok.

If the contract is 3 seasons left or longer, you can't offer him a new contract. Players with a shorter contract (1 or 2 seasons left) can be renewed before placed in loan list.

I might understand that some people would think that reports makes things unbalanced, personally i don't mind "so much" if somebody sees some of my players, but i learned to play against them somehow, i just don't play full strenght during the first 30 minutes, yes i give some advantage, but they don't know my real tactical levels or some of my strongest player's real levels. It makes things a bit complicated sometimes but i live with it.
Personally, the extra energy that premium provides is a real problem, i just can't compete with them. Specially then the national cup starts, i am pushed to have 6 or 7 extra players then the premium ones (wich means 70k extra in wage), to avoid doing incomes activities (i spend the 240 energy points i get each day restorin player's condition) and most important, play full strenght in all competitions. How can you compete if 10 players spend 320 condition points each week (when you also play WCC, it's 80 in cup, 200 in league and 40 in WCC) when your squad recovers 210 in training update and activities allows you to recover 42 more? And i haven't put NT matches in those calculations.

Each team has it's own interest and concerns, personally the energy stuff concerns me more, the difference between premium oportunities to play full strengh or improve finances is huge, compared with the non premium ones.

Just in case, i'm not complaining, just gave my point of view.....

Ruta, most online free games are pay per win, specially the PvP'ones. I am aware of that and despite i don't like it, i accept it and i live with it. But of course, i love to see when people want to get something extra using "the token method" and fails, is that so wrong?

The other free games are different than GKO in one thing: most of them constantly evolve or at least receives small updates every 2 or 3 months, here, you can send anything to GKO developers and you know that nothing will happen. Outside GKO,you usually can invest money to win something but you know that your money will come back in something more than "just the game running".

Here, the "supporters" mostly appears when their paid advantage doesn't work, but they don't seem to care when other things happens... Where are the "supporters" when:

.... a moron spoils a cup game result?
.... the game crashes and you have nowhere to complain?
.... you report a cheater and he mostly get away with his?
.... a training update doesn't happen without a reason, and nobody shows interest on fixing it?
.... they send a playen in loan and the player turns UNH? Only few complain, but that player's happiness is not their problem after all....

And i could write 10 or 20 lines more, we all know that the game has so many things to improve....

So, what do people support? A game rolling? The "i support the game" is an easy speech to hide the ingame advantage they get, i wonder how many of them would buy the "1 year premium" package if it woludn't have the "10 free token", specially considering that in this game, we play league matches four months and we scracth our noses during one.

Without the free token, people would buy smaller packs. And if premium would not provide ingame advantages, the number of premium users would be less than half (maybe close to 1/4). So sorry, but i don't eat the "i support the game" stuff....

Why do i keep playing? There's a team with an interesting comment on it's main page: "The worst STAFF for the best online football manager ever played!!!." I can't be more agreed with him.

Geny, the reason is very simple, they don't need to do it.

If the game would be in trouble or finances weren't good, what would you do? I think in many options, and some of them doesn't require big investment in things like advertising: what about better customer service, promotions to show people that buying premium might be worth, special prices for some days (such as cyber monday or christmas eve), did you see any of them?
There are many things to translate, many of them are fully translated in developer's hands, do you see something new translated? Translators did their part, developers didn't.

Why nothing change? Because it's not necessary, as long as people keep pulling extra youth using token, avoid to spend time to get youth reports, or keep healing their injured players with their money, there's no need to change something.... Even more, the lastest "new feature" is that "everything you buy is redeemed inmediately", they don't need to verify transactions anymore, how can somebody call that "a new feature"?

So yes, i laugh when somebody tries to buy some ingame advantage and fails, this game is stuck and developers are not the only one to blame, as customers, we also have rights, giving money to somebody who ignores you is not a good way to make them worth, i might be argentinian, my country might be poor, but i am not stupid.

That said, i say that the last time that GKO added a new feature, player faces changed, the avatar engine never were finished (coaches are old engine looks and shirts aren't displayed properly in our player's faces), when that thing were added i bought 1 year premium (it was september 2013) nothing changed happened since then so i stopped spending money in the game. That doesn't mean i am cheap or that i don't want to spend money here, it means that i want to support a growing game, if GKO provides something "new"and worth to see (or avatar engine is finished) i will buy premium again, else, i will keep clicking one or two ads per day, that is far enough payment for a game running in auto pilot.

I would love to see more people thinking like me 

Edit: Spam, nice speech, but admin doesn't owe you "10 tokens or a better report", he owes you respect, too bad you haven't realized of if and you still want your advantage (a better fast report) or your tool to take advantage (token), and how get those 10 token are irrelevant, you said it "you owe me 10 tokens or a better report", so....?

If you would have received that reports after  8 weeks waiting i would surely be on your side. But i am laughing for 2 reasons:

Many things aren't serious here. And this report is a joke, you can't call that "a report"
And secondly, despite admin ignores us you stil gave him money looking for an ingame advantage, so good you didn't get it!

Well, i am not as old user as spam, but i do know that things usually happens as he said, however :

When premium features were added, admin were absent more than a month, i am not saying that some new features might be coming, i say that postseason and admin's absence were longer than 3 weeks at least once. After that long break, the next one were 4 weeks long, so....
And usually, admin announce when the server will be down one week earlier, he should've posted that info last sunday, and i am afraid that it didn't happened.

It would be great if admin announce server down today or if the server goes down without a previous warning next saturday, but right now there is no "official" info, and our gessing might be right or wrong.

Good point Drifter, sometimes we ignore other team's situation.  For smaller leagues, deliver prize money doesn't solve anything. In some leagues, official matches are needed, as soon as possible.

Did someone tried to contact admin? The "normal" adresses are always ignored, but they used to pay attention to the "sale" adress. Any premium user would be right to post a complain there....

Well, players goes to vacations IRL, and clubs must pay them their weekly wage, even if there's no league matches to play 

But i understand how you feel. I think that maintenances must be paid during postseason, but i think that postseason is too long and that's the biggest problem, the game loses too much atention during at least 3 weeks and i don't think it's a good idea.
But about the finances stuff.... and i think it would be far reasonable if prize money would be delivered after national cup final and not after server update.

I think i weren't clear.... 2 weeks ago i spent 10M hiring 1 player, i saved enough money to "resist" without falling into debt during 3 weeks, if things would be as usually, the new season would start next sunday and i would receive 2.5M as league/cup prize money,  i am not an amateur desperate to collect money playing league matches, next season, i could play 20 consecutive league matches outside my stadium and my finances would be okay, i'm boring but that's a different story.

I did my part with my club finances, now it's time that web owners do their part and do the season reset, if that doesn't happen i don't mind it as long as they don't change their policy and i don't lose my team for having -100k during a week.

After season change, league matches can start in 12 weeks and i would be okay, thanks for worrying about my club finances but i think i am really okay with them, specially considering that i don't get money from custom cup games or the extra money that premium grants in activities.

It should be Sunday 31st in this month but it's not official yet.

Same here, i finished the season with enough money to resist a "normal" season break of 3 weeks, but something tells me that i will fall into debt finances defore season 14 start.
