I think this is the most important issue that ADMIN need to figure out right now. Currently, some of us already know how to make this happen every week. Every week, we are trying to have more than one friendly match at the same time. If we lucky enough we can have more than TEN friendly match at the same time. So what`s this meaning: my income is increasing by times and my boys gain training by times as well. I am thinking right now why shall I still try my best to stay in CUP competition, it`s not really a good decision to do this.

I think everyone know the 21 friendly match at the same time. This is not normal, but in China, multiple friendly already become a normal thing since ADMIN has`t done anything about this issue which was mentioned more than ONE years ago.

So please do something, ADMIN, this has been the largest disadvantage to managers who don`t know how to make this happen!!!

My friend somehow many of us we  share your anger, but let's think a little bit. in the academy you invest money just once and you receive every season 7 youth, maybe this season was less than we expected but you dont know what you will receive in the  future seasons meanwhile in the youth camp you invest money and receive 4 players in 2 seasons and after that the money are lost. those presents how you name it are a reward for those who riscked invest money with out knowing wat they will receive.

But the thing is that you have to pay maintenance cost per week, for BEST, it is 30,000/W and for Very G, it is 15,000/W.
And what I actually anger for is because someone just invest a little bit but he is the most one in the country, he still received a 194. According to ADMIN explaination, the quality of youths is based on the sum invest in one country, but the truth is not like that. Normally, the one invested the most in one country, he received a very good quality youth. How can he receive a 194  just because he is the one invested the most in the country that just have few investors and the sum they invested are far less than other countries. It unfair to managers who invest a lot but just because they are not the most one, they lost the chance to receive a 194 or even a 184.

1.    will this solve the problem or just raise the cost of buying players? IMO this fee should instead be based on the difference between offered bid and "automatic" base wage...thus, if base salary is not increased, there is zero signing on fee. Anyway, I just hope managers can no longer win players with bids that put their wage budget beyond the limit the player room quality allows...

It's unacceptable to pay 30*wage as signing on fee, the base wage must be deducted. For example, if I want buy a CA9 players whose value is ove 1.2M, and the base wage he asks is 20,000G+, this means I have to pay at least 600,000G signing on fee. And if you wanna win the bit, you have to pay even more. The cost is to much.

maybe the admin could do a big vote in which he would ask if the managers prefer this transfer system or the old one?

Old one is bigger bullshit. My Propose is Hattrick system and I think its the most fair transfer system in whole world.

1. Every manager set Minimum Prize for his Player
2. Current Maximum Bid and the team that placed bid is visible
3. Next Bid must be higher minimum for some percent (2%,3%,4%,5%) than previous one
4. To stop "last second bid" Transfer Time-out extends for another 3 minutes if bid is placed < 3 minutes to Time-out (Time-out is 12:34:00, bid is placed at 12:33:12,than new time-out time is 12:36:12),until all give-up from bidding
5. Wage can be calculated from formula that include player rating,Experience,Age,CA,LA.

With this system we can get real auction,which is better than old one when player is placed for 500 000,then come guy place Bid to 3 000 000 to distract other players,wait until the end of auction and then set prize to 500 000 and buy player. It's stupid. One time placed bid could just change with higher one,not lower one. So admin must join to this polemic at the end,not just reading this and doing nothing.

All the change sounds good except taking count wage into transfer system. It makes transfer system too complicated. We have to consider too much things  before we make a bid.

We also have to wait till last second to make sure we can buy a player we want since the highest wage is shown. If a manager doesn't want to wait till last second. I promise he can't buy any players successfully. Please respect the fact that major of managers don't want to wait till last second to make a bid. Major of managers don't like this change.

Counting WAGE in transfer system is a nightmare to major of managers and may be only few manager will happy with this. ADMIN, please remove wage from transfer system. It will definitely destroy this game. You should try simplify this things to make sure new managers can understand the game as soon as possible.

Admin, you just make transfer system too complicated, that not good for all managers, including existing and potential new managers. A certain number of managers will give up because of these.

People MOTS should stay. You should have some kind of extra motivation for some matches.
2 Mots per season is not that much,so I think it should stay.Why not?

Maybe 2 Mots per season for one team is not that much, but if all other competitors in one league use  Mots against one team, that can be very very huge!!
