It is allowable to loan players between clubs of the same ownership.

If you look-up the premium features under Shop:

5. A premium users can loan out players to other clubs (premium users) and take players on loan form other clubs (premium users). Loan deals on the same LAN is permitted.(max 2 player per season)

12. A premium user may play multiple accounts but every accounts that he plays have to be premium accounts. However, trading players between these accounts is not allowed. Using multiple accounts for match-fixing (dishonest activity to make sure that one team wins a particular match) is also unacceptable.

This guy has done nothing wrong

It determines how long a new player takes to adapt to your team.

The higher the value, the quicker your player adapts.

This is unfair. I know that no one is listening but I think national managers should be limited to picking a maximum of 2 players from any one team. This would make the rewards of cheating less valuable and give honest national managers some tricky decisions to make....

There is a good chance that they will respond to you. It is not necessary to wait for a new season, they can put you in at anytime.

The manual says Longshot and the result of finding an opportunity to score.

Finding an opportunity to score when on the ball, you need: off the ball, dribbling, acceleration, pace, strength, balance and technique.

Finishing and set pieces obviously are good match and

Also challenging for drill cross might be useful but most longshot goals come from on the ball or free kicks I think.

Shame on those who accuse Brian.

Like overs have already said, he has done so much for this community. It is fine for people to disagree with him but if they want to call him a cheat then they need to have exceptionally good evidence or be held in contempt by all reasonable players of this game. Brian has explained everything, so I would like to see an apology.

I also disagree with the original poster, the number of people cheating is a lot less than 95%. What satisfaction can anyone take from winning against normal players when you use unfair means? How can the game feel like a football management game when useless players are sold for 9m G? How can normal players compete when top players are being sold for 27m G?

Come on guys its just a game. Play clean, put grievances behind you and have fun.

Well here is a sample. The table below shows you how important team tactics are for each position. The table itself is familiar to all of  us premium users but it will be new for people without premium.

The %s are ones I used to most closely replicate my  own scores but I did find a message from Admin that suggests the real %S are 100, 80 and 50.

oh, I've just re-read your question.

Yes, all positions count for team tactics (except for GK) but the ones quoted in your guidelines have a bigger weighting.

It is best to concentrate your defenders on defensive tactics, your attackers on combatting the defensive duties and your midfielders need to have a bit of both.

You have quoted the only guide.

You basically calculate the number using the formula but then you have to weight it by:
  - experience (5 stars = 100%, 1 Star = about 78%)
  - morale (excellent 100%, Bad 70%)
  - Team working (I haven't worked out this  variable)

Its very hard to get it exactly right. These days I rely on the premium reports

To be honest, I think the number of hearts is a good indication of how effective your team tactics have been. Admin has always said that success is not all about team tactics and I think he means that individual brilliance also comes into it. You can see this with direct play and/ or defensive tactics where you team might get outplayed but your striker scores the winner from your only shot of the game or sometimes you spot and exploit a weakness in an opponents team e.g a particular flank or float crosses. Howver, in my opinion the only way to control a game is through team tactics, if you are not the strongest team, there are things you can do that will you a chance but you will need luck to be successful.

Well, there are 703 "Best" academies in the game. So its really not the "best" academy its the "normal for top managers" academy.

There are only about 100 LA12s and 13s in the game, I don't know how many LA11s - say 300?. So you can see it is very lucky to produce better than LA10. The game would be silly if every best academy was guaranteed one >LA10 per season.

For me, I have had my academy for 4 seasons now, I've produced a handful of LA9s but so far only one LA10 and nothing better even though I always buy extra youths. So far this season, I have a LA9,LA8 and LA7 and I've fired 5 others from the academy, I await friday in anticipation for I receive another 2 reports - maybe I'll get lucky this time

Hi everyone,

Well this issue has certainly sparked a reaction - its almost like the old days! In my opinion the most important thing, which seems to have been missed is this :

Mihut wrote to Admin to explain an "armegedon" had hit the GKO world and he not only got a reply, he got swift action! Mihut was also upfront about why he proposed the action - not to help himself but because he feared lots of competitive managers would leave the game.

As result all those that have benefited from the action should be flooding these pages with their profound thanks to Mihut. The rest of us have not benefited but we can at least be appreciative of Mihut's motives and express our awe at his ability to coax Admin into action.

Well done mate

If the managers that you have helped do indeed stay in the game, then I have no doubt that you have made a huge contribution to this game.

Like real life, there is a lot that takes place outside of our control and should therefore be considered luck. Like real life, all you can do is manage the things in your control: a lot of us managed our contracts and we did not log-in on sunday morning to find our work of the last 3/4 years on the free player transfer list and as a result we did not suffer the understandable angst of the others. Those others got really lucky, and they know exactly who to thank!

So I had a goalkeeper 7/4. The predictor said he would make it to CA8. I was excited, I thought he would be something special but as soon as he hit LA7 the predictor changed to the normal " this player should see no more improvement" and sure enough is development improvements stopped.

I recall other people mentioning the same. It is a bug and it only applies to goalkeepers
