I think the solution for this would be introducing some kind of a training camp where youngsters would get an increase in training . For example, you send a player to 2 week camp, pay some kind of fee ( say 100 000 ) and he gets this bonus. Put limit on 3 players a season and give bonuses according to PR.

PR 1 - 70 %
PR 2 - 50 %
PR 3 - 40 %
PR 4 - 30 %
PR 5 - 20 %
PR 6 - 10 %

The problem with training is that players MUST play matches in order to develop no matter what PR are they.

So you must sometimes sacrifice a result in order to give them playing time and if you have 4-5 or even more, some of them can get match practice only in friendly games which is not enough if you train LA2 or 3 player.

You can wait for 2 months but if you dont get good players you ll have to pay for another ones and wait again for 2 months.. Thats 4 months or bacically a season. You are missing one entire season of training and if he was younger then 18 you missed a nice training bonus

Say that you get 19y 3 / 10 /3 player, that will be at the season end so you can already make it a 20y old.

He ll never reach that LA10

Maybe you didnt get LA8+ but I ll rather have LA7 PR 3 then LA8-9 PR 2

If you have patience to train those LA7 , you re looking at some nice players and nice cash...

I would be satisfied with those pulls, considering the standards. Look around and you ll see people getting much worse players with Best and VG academy, and probability difference of getting TOP talent between VG and Best is not that high really, no matter the costs for building Best academy.

Thats why I stick with VG although I did have money to build the Best one...

Game simply forces you to buy tokens and you cant expect Top talents from Best Academy without tokens.

MOTS should stay but it would probably be better to have one MOTS

As for weaker leagues and clubs , let them choose how to use their MOTS. You wont be using MOTS if you re in lower league playing with bots. You ll normally save it for the cup game. If you are in top level of weaker leagues and have complete domination you ll clearly save it for WC.
I mean does it make sense playing " match of the season " with the team that is weaker then you..

More stronger your team and more competetive your domestic league / cup is, more MOTSes against you.

If a team plays for example in third level of XYZ league and dominates it he ll use that MOTS in league cup against the team in top level. That is, in fact, the true meaning "match of the season " for that club.. Imagine Rotherham playing in FA Cup against Arsenal.

You wont beat that team that easy but still, the outcome depends on that "random" factor. You ll maybe fail to score from 7-8 shots and the opponent will score from one or two but the idea is that MOTS alone will not give him the win. He needs both MOTS and luck but you ll see that happening all over the time in real world. Sometimes its simply not your day no matter how better you are

In normal circumstances I wouldn't be satisfied but seeing other people"s polls I think I should be happy with LA 8 PR 3 player...
Seems the number of players with 5+ PR has decreased too , which is a right thing I think... With lower PR players should invest more in training grounds and coaches in order to train those LA 8 + players well...

You re messing the transfer system even more. Why complicate things ?

Even the older players dont get this system right, how will a newbie get along with it..

This is a bad idea.. It will work in short term but in long term it will cause problems just like this wage bid.

Remove the wage bid option and that's it.
Leave the transfer tax as it is and put some kind of limit of how much players you can trade in some time span. Say 5 players in 90 days period, after which you re obligated to pay extra 5% tax for the next player you sell.

Leave it simple

I like the changes and I really like the wage + bid idea. However, I think that there should be some kind of limit on wages, according to actual value of a player. Newcomers and inexperienced players could go bankrupt because of the bad finance management, especially if they pay high wages for average players, just because they lack funds for better ones.

Now, can you clear something for me. When I want to buy a player who"s wage is 800 do I need to offer a higher wage then 800 or I can offer less ?
