General Discussion(English Only) / some question about player's experience

i tried to look something about the experience in this forum, but seems no one care about it.
so let me put the question here now.
1. how can players get experience more quickly ? i can understand that let him play more match. But is the experience different for playing 30 minutes or playing 90 minutes in a match?
2. new player from academy(or youth camp) may have an initial experience with different level( one of my player get 2 star experience after his first match while another still 1 star experience after almost 30 matchs). but if the age impact the gaining of experience just like their training bonus?
is there any calculation about the match number for experience up one star?
3. how the experience take effect on the players' level. how many degree of level(number of level) will be added if the plays' experience increased?
these are the questions as far as i thought. i am wondering if anyone have ideas about it. many appreciated!
