It`s normal situation. When GK reaches CA 5 and when player reaches CA 7, they don`t get improvement from training anymore. They only get improvement from playing games, and reach their LA.

Well for me this is a bug...or at least a shortcoming...in the system. Only the manager who raises the wages should have to pay the (full) signing on fee, at least for older players (>29)
Also I think this case may be a combination of the high wage issue you mentioned AND the real bug, which ascribes a signing on fee when the player's wages fall at age 30+
Maybe,but I tell you why I had to sell player with Estimated Value over 600 000 for 100 G.

But look at this one:
The player is 30 years of age and with an est. value of just 569K. With the a 1.016.920G signing on fee, I wonder if the player could be sold even for just 100G!
As this clearly demonstrates, this is NOT a minor bug. Please be aware, admin.
This is not bug. It`s fee because of his wage. I had to sell my 650 000 Estimated Value,27 years old player for 100 G becuse his SOF was over 500 000 G and none wanted to pay additionaly 600 000 or 750 000 G for transfer.I contacted admin who said to me that is not the bug.

Than, look at this transfer history. Almost every transfer is high worth, but look at two marked with red. 2 transfers of those players to the same club. Look next.

Buying player will categorised into 2 categories 1. Auction system 2. Free agent
1. A player will remain in the transfer market for 3 days. Team that offer the highest wage for the player, in the mean time, and place the bid not less than X % of the highest bid will get the player. (2 offers : wage + bid)
Where x is a random number for each player.
2. A free agent is a player who is eligible to sign with any club. To get a free agent your team has to offer the highest wage for the player. (The player transfer value is 40 times the offered wage)

if i am understading right, if a player reached his limited ability, how do you train him or you train him light no chance of injury, or you do not assign a coach to the player
I don't assign coach. Player doesn't need him,and of course, light training.

But since some times I realized that a lot of topics are cleared and gone outI know that users topics with suggestions or complaining are less important but discussion under announcement of changes in game engine or rules are strictly needed to save! Cause Admins announcements are really short and not precise so in further explanations makes many things more clear. I know there is GKO Updates and explanations on one place http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=8189.0 which is good for quick information.
I don't know why i.e. topic SEASON 8 UPDATES are deleted??

What's problem? None of admin's topics wasn't lost. SOME (but very little number) is deleted,but WHOLE text is moved to one single topic,where changes are sorted by the day of implementing them. We had unactive topics for 1 year so there is no need to keep them opened. Your informations can find on:GKO Updates and explanations on one place

Every positions apart from goalkeeper will affect every tactics.
Each position, of course, has different weight factors contributing to each tactics.
Team work will now has an effect on all tactics of around 10% - 15%.

I don't want to say that you lie. I believe you, but you can't be exception. If GMs enable that option many people will make feeder clubs with excuse that it's their brother's,sister's club and cheat. It'll be in order to transfering money from club to club. I believe to you, I say again, but many people will abuse it.
