How do I check that? I see when I go to transfer market players have a level how do I look at my current players level?

only with computers you can do it as far as i know ,press with the right of the mouse on a player at Tactics  .Thats all

Yes that's if you choose each one role to attack or to defend . (red-attack , blue-defend or default )

When I go to see other teams I see red and blue arrows next to players what is this?
