Calm down, men. Admin is just an employee. More I think he is just freelancer who gets his money form time to time. This game is a big shit , do you know anymore games when owners and devekopers are hide???No location, any identifications? This game can disappear tomorrow and we never get beck our money for unused time.

De Glen, I had the best academy in 1st 20 I think  . Since the beginning I got in LA : 1x 11, 4 x 10 ( 1 from VG aca ) But 3 of them are from change for 300 k g , so strict from primary poll I got only 3. I tell you that others which have great youth season by season make it by g or tokens. I think that I spent around 2,1 mln g each season for new youth.

so we are or pretty same level of luck, and its about medium I think. Others spent a lot g or tokens

mathieu , please. He can put players on value he wants , if too high players stay home But there should be a warning info before final confirmation ( more number should be more clear i.e with a space by 3 digits). This is simple , many games have it but still out of reach for GKO developers

Sorry. I wasn't clear enough. There is a lot of loans when one user buy premium or tokens to other for loaned player. And this is really sucks. I saw many times when just average team  is maked very strong by 2 loaned superstars! This another way to make this game unfair.

i don't play it and don't intend to play it, but like i've said, loaning sucks, so if FM has loans, it probably sucks. good thing i don't play it.

So you must think gko "sucks" since it has loans? Then why do you play it?

You'll find that the franchise system is used in variety of sports including association football (MLS, Australian A-league), and rugby in the southern hemisphere.

but GKO loans system really sucks and is making more advantage for premium users. It should be a youth league when all our youth get training and exp. Now it is only for premium users.

More- a lot of loans is done for premium or tokens. So by real money. It is correct for you? I know that don't. GKO is going straight to pay for win game . Soon will be no matter how good manager you are but how much cash you spend

It is going to the end . If nothing change, here will stay only cheaters and tokeners. Fair play dead here many seasons ago. In Poland I don't see any new users who put some efforts to GKO since 6-7 seasons!!!

New users see that without real money they can do nothing. Premium features and tokens give too much advantage.

I have premium to March 2015, hope utilize it

PS. Even me , premium user, feel fooled by others who buys dozens of tokens

Btw... is it really worth that getting lv 5 physio for 700,000G, to make a player to get back in the field 1 week before the original? (if that player get injured for the max injury time for a month). i rather use token to directly resurrect him back since i dont have the need to use token to get the best coach already. plz advise

You answered yourself. When you use tokens you don't need physio at all.
 5lvl physio costs 4,8 mln not 700 k and shorten injury lenght by half. I paid this cash and I am very happy. But I don't buy million tokens

Shame on you guys. Keep your little clubs at the top if you can and pat each others back because you were the lucky ones. Its only a game but for some of you, I guess its more. I guess when you use something like a game to define who you are... it makes sense that you would do all you can to protect that. It took me a while to see the true colors of some in this forum. I'm pleased to say that not everyone in GKO is selfish or high on themselves. As for the rest... whatever.

Drifter , I found that both sides have some rights but I don't know why you offend other users? All blame is GKO staff who don't give you B level. If there be B level you can make enuogh people to have human coaches of NT and all prizes in Top Level. That's a litlle thing but still too big for this morons who own this game.

Back to topic . It is strange but looks true, in GKO if team walk on path of injuries it looks neverending . In each season there is some victims. Like injuries are random for teams not players!!! No one who didin't face it before can't understand. We were talking about this issue, no answers found.

At 1st sight it looks very nice:) But I think that effect of game training in nation teams should be lower. I don' t know how much, to 75% or 50%. Players with NT caps have too much adventage now. Beside training they get somuch exp, too

A premium user may play multiple accounts but every accounts that he plays have to be premium accounts. However, trading players between these accounts is not allowed. Using multiple accounts for match-fixing (dishonest activity to make sure that one team wins a particular match) is also unacceptable.

and point 5
 

A premium users can loan out players to other clubs (premium users) and take players on loan form other clubs (premium users). Loan deals on the same LAN is permitted.(max 2 player per season)

One user can have many premium teams in this games. Loan players  is allowed . Forbidden is only do transfers between clubs maneged by one users and this should be strict control.
I hate this but that are facts So by rules it is not cheating. In this game even premium gives too much advantages but there have to be a border.

GKO looks vanish by developers, there is only accountant who watch if only incomes from premium and tokens generate enough profits. When it won't be enough this game reach his end

I think that admins should allow managers from other countries to apply for positions of NT and U-21 managers in (mostly) inactive countries. Problem can be selection of one amongst them without voting. Either it could be random choice or manager with highest team rating.

I mean - anyone is better then bot national team?

Do you think about cheating? I suppose no:( There is no people or instruments to keep this idea out of cheaters. I am sure there would be a lot problems with foreign managers in countries without big enough community. In the past we had some examples like England or Russia

I have a different theory - the developers are weakening the academy system to make youth camp investment more attractive....
 

  Youth from youth camps ( very low CA)  need all games from the begining so they attractive only for clubs with no competition in their leagues. So they really aren't at all similar to youth from academies. When it comes to fact , there wasn't any LA 12 + from YC , and total sum of LA10+ each season is only 22, we can't again compare with sum of LA10+ from academies - more then 50 each season.

There is major problem who grows season by season . 2nd or 3rd clubs of premium users. From the begining those clubs were used to farm youth on loan, now when I see free  players is looks like 2nd teams are used to buy very good players. No problem if 2nd is starving cause of wage budget but others can't buy those special players and competition is easier
