Suggestions/Bugs / Registration IP address Checked

Hi Mod, I've got an susgestion that check register IP before reply activate mail, I think this can help us protect cheating. You know, many THAI kids or adolescences are trying to cheat every single day such as this team id 57514. He has 3 as I've known, one in Thailand and two in brazil named AV GROUP, you can track user IP, can't you? What'd you think about my suggestion?
