It seems interesting, i don't share some criterias but basically it seems fine.

Just one thing: the strikers developed under this training system are NOT good receiving float crosses, they will only strike drill crosses decently  8)

I dont understand exactly the final use of this tool,  if is just a guide to see by a graphic what attributes to improve, is 100% undestand.

If the excel tell you what do you need to improve in every player, I dont know how to use it.

Thanks

Sorry  I am make complete in my form, my tactic. But Default of training program of me is the same as this forum.

My tactic Zoning, Pressing and Roaming.

is this information still the one that engine uses?
Yes. But It must to adjustment a little for your tactic.

Hi

Longshot is luxurious skill (a little use)

DMR/DRL I think it is skill of attacker. Not use to defender.

IMHO

thanks jackpot :)  it looks very nice

Two things puzzle me, if you don't mind:

-Aggression is assigned a "c" for all positions

...this implies it is not really important for any position?? I thought aggression was important for players involved in defending (preventing dribbling, passing, and shooting) ...

-You give defenders and DM's "a" and "b" in determination, respectively, while other positions it gets a "c"?

I thought determination was important for players who are good at being involved in an attack - attacking midfielders and forwards, as well as other midfielders (and sometimes defenders) who are proficient in attacking skills (passing, dribbling, shooting), so it seems to me that you wouldn't want a defender with a high DET if he is poor at these....

Reference Forum is LOST (but in Thai have quote this forum)

Forum
I know the importance of it, please help me (http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=2302)

Topic Owner ask admin "what are importance of Aggression and Determination?"
These attributes are used in many actions of a player.

Determination affects the "env" factor of the player.
Determination prevents the "env" factor of a player from falling down to a certain level.

Aggression affects ball possession of the team.
It is important for all positions especially DMC.

PS. in general forum I have seen quote this forum but I don't find it.

IMO Crossing should be "B" for AM LR, not "C". And "C" for DC/DMC/MC/AMC if you choose sometimes to play more direct passing style or by default and focus passing in the middle. Also Long shots should be "B" for M CLR/AM CLR if you want to play with long shots often or by default. What do you think about that?

Whe you go to any training room...don't know if you never was in one of them...but let me be optimistic and suppose you are a body builder...So, when you are there, you follow a daily/weekly/whatever "Training Program".
But i guess you have no PC when you do body building no? Do you know the difference between "Software Program"· and "program" standalone word?

Please don't criticize the work of other managers who spend time to improve the entire GKO community.

Regards,
Marco

They are just guidelines to follows...the code is inside GKO training routine, not the Excel...but wait for the  creator response. Maybe that there is something wrong with him too  :-X

Difference Language. In Thai Training Program is mean use to manage for training. Don't Software Program or Table Program(or Schedule Program. I don't know).

Word "Program" in English is very wide meaning T.T

and I am not Programer. I am Saleman at OK to use Microsoft Office.

Is there somebody who knows how we can export player data from the site (ex. CSV or XML)?
Then we can import the data in Excel so you have a list of all players with there attributes.

Or are any programs who can do this?????

Title: Re: GKO TRAINING PROGRAM Ver3.03

Because its not based on position but skillset depending on tactics. You can however find a common set of skills or attributes regardless of tactic from the manual if you look closely. Check the tactics section and training section and also posts on this forum. ;)

Title: Re: GKO TRAINING PROGRAM Ver3.03

 ;D

This is merely a guideline, something to help you understand which attributes are important for each player position according to the selected strategy. For example, for GK (goalkeeper), the most important attributes are marked as "A"; so when you are looking to buy or train one, you should focus on these attributes. "B" are less important attributes and "C" are the least important according to the creator of this file.

However, this guideline was created some time ago and based in a different game engine. The game engine has changed in the last couple of seasons so this guideline needs to be revised.  It is still useful though if you are new to the GKO world.

Hope this helps.
