You are right, but it could be possible to impose a limit of penalty on final award. Example: the penalty can't be greater then 50% of the total award, So if there are 14 bot teams, if the penalty sum should be very high, total prize can't fall below 500.000G (If for example we talk about top level).

Also you are right.. So on each league prize could be reduced by a little sum of money for each bot or inactive team. For example: X is 1# on top level and in this league there are 3 bots and 2 inactive teams. -50.000 per inactive team and -70.000 per bot team. So this is the total prize for X team: 1.000.000 - 35.000 x 2 - 50.000 x 3 = 780.000 G.

I think it is unfair because it could be an advantage for thai teams (according to your example) on Continental competitions (WCL for example) against the other teams. I think it should remain so

I increased my stadium to 20 000 . and I would like to understand last sentences. what does it mean Stadium Quality . can Someone explain to me ? I want to increase my stadium Quality but It cost 500 000 G . IS it really need for me that I should spend money for it or It is not so important ?

Wrong because ticket cost increases but maintenance costs increase too, so if you didn't get the maximum of attendance you risk even to earn less money then before. Example: if you have 1.000 seats and very bad stadium quality, you increase 8.000 per match and you pay 1.000 of maintenance, total=+7.000. With 1000 seats and bad stadium quality you increase 9000 per match and you pay 2000 of maintenance (same total cash), but if the attendance is of only 900 spectators (with bad quality), you increase 8.100 and however you pay 2000 of maintenance. This is why you risk to lose money. Anyway, when the stadium quality is at least "Good", you cash more money because increase the difference between maintenance costs and ticket cost.

If you have an hard league you should improve the quality but if you have the best team on your league, it is not needed.
