I am not used to defend admin or the dev team often, but the situation is clear to me: Do you know why admin changes the rules so many times? Because no
matter what they do, nobody is pleased, people always finds a way to complain.
3 Days ago, people were saying:
There are only 5 camps in the world => Now it will be fixed, you will be able to pull quality youth in smaller countries.
I invested more money than other user and he got a better player than me => Also fixed, it will be a clear rule that determinates the LA you will receive.
That said: People who were investing in big countries won't lose their investment, they can keep trying to be in the global top 10 (or top 25) to get a LA9 as minimum, did that change? I don't think that waiting 2 seasons to change the rule was needed, as i said before your current investment in big countries is still useful, so why should they wait?
There's another thing clear to me:
The investment war is not negociable to them, they want us to invest as much money as possible in camps, even after hearing our complains, the system keeps their old basic: "it doesn't matter how hard you can get money, if you want youth from camps, you must invest a lot". Youth camps are thier weapon to fight against inflaction and that won't change.
Do you want a quality youth in a small country? Stop investing in current camps, save the money and start investing in smaller countries in season 10, you will see worth results in season 11 or so.
The new system is clearer and get rid of many old issues, smaller countries will now have the chance to receive quality youth, what else do you want?
That said, i still have a question unanswered:
Will Age (17) CA (1) and PR (4) remain unchanged? Will be there any chance to receive a 15 years old player, CA3 LA10 PR5 or something?
The answer to that question might make camps very attractive to big clubs who can't start farming CA1 players and doesn't want to strenghten rival countries in NT level.
