We like the game as we play ?nd as we give considerations for the game to survive! But the specialist in software of the game does not understand by soccer - this is the biggest problem!
we can't ask to a thai to create a good soccer game because in thailand the soccer is an unknown sport. Thailand is the current 145th team in the FIFA ranking, it is an impossible equation. The behavior of the admin towards this game and the users is an absolut shame and we are losing time with this post, Admin dissapeared a lot of time ago.

Nationality is not related IMO, even if we all know that the best managing game is english (Football Manager) the best football games are canadian (FIFA 14, developed by EA Canada) and japanese (despite that PES 2014 sucks, the whole WE/PES serie always were japanese). I know that those games have people from many countries involved but the fact is that nationality is not entirely related. How would you guys explain that the japasese football improved a lot in the recent 10/15 years and the PES series doesn't stop to get worst?
That said, i also think that GKO has something special, something that some of the greatest online managers lacks: a solid match engine. It has many, many things to improve but still, there's something on it that makes it special, there's not an ideal formation to play all matches and you can't win just picking the best players, in most online managers, the stronger picks his best players and there's nothing you can do about it, here, you can win many tough matches if you manage yourself to find out what is your oponent's weak spot or how you might hurt him more.
If GKO engine wouldn't have that, Thailand (and their 11251 user database) should be the most succesful country in the game, and it's doesn't happen. Their teams are always tough, but they still doesn't have any international trophy. In contrast, the most succesful country in the game has only 169 users, even less users that USA (248) or Poland (249), countries that also won a WC. To add, Bosnia & Herzegovina won a U21 WC, and their user dabatase is lower than argentinian (111 users).
If we go further, i'm not even sure that thai top level is the strongest, polish top level is the strongest IMO, Also serbian, argentinian, bosnian or spanish teams performed better in WCC so far.
The engine also have a luck factor, that makes that balanced matches can be decided everywhere, it can be sound fair or not, but luck is also part of the game IRL and i think we must accept it (i'll never forget that U21 semi final i lost as Argentina U21 manager against Bosnia & Herzegovina, we made a great game, it was a balanced match but we lost on penalties, that same team won the WC in season 8 and the U21 World Cup on season 9, i were unlucky back then).
That said, i think that a game development depends on 2 factors:
Incomes and budget for big projects.
How much you want it to grow for smaller projects.
I won't buy that "developers need money to make the game run" comment, i am sure that GKO is profitable enough as it is, Is an expensive game (premium is expensive), with unlimited income sources (you can buy as many token as you want) and many people spending money on it (specially the token stuff). In the way i look at it, they are comfortable with the current situation, their incomes are good enough considering the time they invest in the game, anyone would say that the money flow on its own, with or without admin's intervenction, it's all about "hunger and how much you need to improve the game to collect money".
How much people wants to be involved in the game? Any normal game have players working on game issues for free or a low payment, we have moderators doing a great job more than a year ago, and they are still dealing with spamming bots with their limited remove message tool, sometimes i feel they are fighting an army with a spoon, translation is frozen, game manual is outdated, users are answering other user's questions and there's no feedback from the staff at all, it's really sad...
If the problem would be nationality only, all the bugs we are suffering should be fixed by now, we would have somebody paying attention to the customer (we are gamers, but we are also customers). Do you guys see any bug fixed rapidly? Do you see somebody listening to your suggestions, providing feedback for a service you already paid? Because i don't....
