Suggestions/Bugs / invalid player substitution

Had a look at my game today and found out that I did not make any subs during the game although i palced them in tactics. When checking things out it seems that the players were deleted from subs, the time is there but not player. When I tried to change my young FC for my main FC the same thing happened, when saving the tactics it said invalid player substitution.

Any comments/suggestions?
